Data we may process

The contact form collects your name, email address, profession or speciality, age and the implicit content of your request. If you select it, it also records your optional consent to receive the newsletter.

If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide in your message. We do not create user accounts or use this data for profiling.

Purposes and legal basis

To manage the form, answer enquiries and handle requests for information or expressions of interest in taking part in the association. Legal basis: your consent and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps or an association relationship.

To manage legal, administrative or accounting obligations if a formal relationship with the association begins. Legal basis: compliance with legal obligations.

To send the newsletter only if you select the corresponding optional checkbox. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

Recipients and retention

The form is transmitted to FormSubmit.co, a technical provider that processes the submission and includes anti-spam verification during the request. We may also disclose data where legally required or to other necessary service providers acting as processors.

We retain data for as long as needed to handle the request or manage the relevant relationship and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods. Newsletter data is retained until you withdraw consent.

Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contact [at] mediavillagemallorca [dot] com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you believe the processing does not comply with the law.
